We’ve been clearing Denver sewer lines for over 25 years, and our technicians live right here in the metro. When you call, we’re not driving down from somewhere else — we’re already close.

Before You Replace That Sewer Line, Let Us Show You What’s Wrong

Here’s what we see all the time in Denver.

A homeowner gets a sewer inspection during a home sale. Someone tells them the line is shot and needs replacing. The number comes back at fifteen, twenty thousand dollars. The sale is on the clock and the pressure is on to just say yes.

Sometimes that’s true. Most of the time it isn’t.

If your mainline has EXTREME BUILDUP or MASSIVE ROOT INTRUSION, that is not the same thing as a collapsed pipe. We can clean that line and restore it like NEW — and we’ll put a camera down it first so you can see exactly what you’re dealing with before you spend a dollar.

Then we inspect our own work when we’re done, so you’ll pass your re-inspection.

Denver Homes Have Denver Problems

Much of Denver was built before 1980, which means cast iron and clay drain lines under a lot of these houses.

Cast iron corrodes from the inside. Rust scale builds up on the pipe wall and narrows it year after year. You’ll notice it as slow drains all over the house — not one fixture, all of them. Snaking punches a hole through it and it closes back up in a few months. Carbide flex-shaft milling actually strips the scale off the wall and gives you the pipe’s original diameter back.

Clay lines have joints, and Denver has old trees. Roots follow water. They find the joint, they get in, and they catch everything that comes down the line after them. Chemical drain cleaner will not touch a root mass. Cutting heads will.

And the mature neighborhoods are the worst for it — the bigger the tree, the further the roots travel.

If your house is older and your drains have been getting slower, that’s not bad luck. That’s a pipe telling you something, and a camera will show you which of the above it is.

Every Job Gets Filmed. Both Ends.

We put a camera down the line before we start, and you watch the same footage we do. Then we do it again after the work is done.

That’s not a sales gimmick — it’s how we avoid arguments and how you avoid paying for work you didn’t need. We’ve told plenty of customers their line was fine and we weren’t going to charge them to clean it.

Our inspections are NASSCO certified, which matters if you’re buying or selling — the report and video are the documentation lenders and title companies ask for.

White Tarp Service

We lay white tarps over your floors before we bring equipment into your house.

It sounds like a small thing. It isn’t. This is drain work — we are dragging cable and hose across your home. You should get your house back the way we found it, and the white tarp is how you know we mean it before we’ve done a thing.

What Denver Customers Say

“We were told by another company that we needed to replace our sewer line and the cost would be $20,000. Our Drain and Sewer Company sent Ronnie out and he cleaned the line with no issues. They saved us from doing unnecessary work.” — Jenna H.

“Before he started the main drain clean he videoed that main pipe and found that it was in great shape. So he explained that he wouldn’t need to clean the main drain. Which saved me about $300. It’s nice to know there’s still honest businesses out there.” — Ricky M.
