Drain and Sewer Service in Aurora, CO

We clean and restore drain and sewer lines across Aurora — from the older streets around Del Mar and Hoffman Heights out to the newer builds toward Southlands. Aurora is core territory for us, not an outlying call, and our technicians are there most weeks of the year.

No trip charge in Aurora

Our price list carries a trip charge of $50 to $100 for work outside metro Denver and Aurora. Aurora is named on it because Aurora is home turf. You pay the same published rate as anyone else, with nothing added for the drive.

Before you replace that sewer line, let us show you what’s wrong

A line packed with roots and scale looks alarming on a camera. So does a line that has genuinely failed. They are not the same thing, and they do not cost the same to fix.

We put a camera down the line before we touch it, and again after we have cleaned it. You watch the same footage we do.

We don’t do repairs

There’s a saying in our trade: if you do maintenance and repair, you cannot stay honest. We took it seriously. We only do maintenance — cleaning, jetting, milling out scale, cutting roots and camera inspection. We don’t replace sewer lines and we don’t dig.

So when we tell you your line doesn’t need replacing, we aren’t turning down work. We never had it to sell. And you don’t have to take our word for it either way — you see the camera footage before and after, and you keep it.

If it really does need replacing, we’ll show you why on camera and point you to R.C Pipeline (303-597-8396), who do underground sewer repair and replacement. BBB accredited, A+ rated. We don’t take a referral fee.

What’s usually under an Aurora house

Aurora isn’t one housing stock, it’s several. Work a street near Del Mar and you’re into cast iron handing off to clay, same as any post-war neighbourhood. Work a newer build and it’s plastic most of the way. We see roughly as much PVC and plastic here as we do cast — which is not true of Littleton or Lakewood, and it means the answer depends on where you live rather than on a rule of thumb.

The runs are shorter. Most Aurora lines reach the main inside about eighty feet, and it’s unusual for us to go past a hundred and forty. That matters, because if a company tells you an Aurora blockage is unreachable, they’re describing their equipment rather than your pipe.

Access varies more than you’d think. Plenty of Aurora jobs start at a basement clean-out, but a good share begin at an outside clean-out, a crawl space or the roof vent. Roof vent, crawl space, no clean-out, or pulling and resetting a toilet is a flat $50 on top of the job — published, and the same whether it’s easy for us or not.

Now and then we still find Orangeburg. Tar-paper pipe, laid mid-century, and it deforms rather than cracks. If yours turns out to be Orangeburg you’ll see it on the camera and we’ll tell you straight — that’s one of the cases where cleaning isn’t the answer.

Every job gets a camera. Before and after.

We’re NASSCO certified, so the inspection comes with a written report and video you keep. Useful if you’re buying or selling, and useful if you’re a landlord who needs to know what’s actually under a rental before a tenant calls at eleven at night.

White Tarp Service

We cover your carpet and stairs with clean white canvas tarps before we start. No dirty footprints, no greasy equipment marks, no sewage tracked through your house. We have found it is much better to cover up than clean up.
