What happens when you call
Two kinds of call come in. If something’s backing up, Cam will ask what’s backing up, where your clean-out is if you know, and roughly when the trouble started. You don’t need to know the answers — plenty of people don’t know they have a clean-out until we find it.
The other kind comes in during an inspection objection — a sewer scope has landed on the buyer’s list and there are a few days to answer it. Email the report and the video link to ourdrainandsewer@gmail.com. Cam prints the report, reads it and watches the footage herself, and you’ll get a straight answer on what the line actually needs. If that’s a cleaning, we clean it and scope it again, so you have something to send back.
Then you get a price before we start, from the same published list everyone else sees. Estimates are free. If you’re far enough out to need a trip charge it’s $50 to $100 depending on the drive, and we’ll tell you when you book, not when we arrive.

If you need a NASSCO certified inspection with a written report and video for a sale, say so when you call and we’ll schedule it properly. The report is the documentation lenders and title companies ask for, and we’ll tell you plainly whether the line needs work — including when it doesn’t.
