We are so thankful for this company! Ronnie has come out and helped us a handful of times now. Each time, Ronnie is so kind, helpful, professional and easy to talk to. He’s always quick and his work is always effective. My husband and I are both small business owners and understand how much going above and beyond really makes a difference. You can tell this company is owned and run by good people, highly recommend supporting them!

Our Drain & Sewer came to my rescue and cleared my main sewage line after I had been told by another company the line needed to be replaced. I am very pleased with the attentiveness of Ronnie the tech who came out and explained/showed me everything he was doing to fix my problem. Highly recommend their affordable services!

I'm impressed with Our Drain & Sewer Company. Ronnie came out this morning to clear our main sewer line. He was polite and professional. We've worked with other companies, but this is the one I want to work with from now on. The equipment was superior to anything I've seen before. Ronnie removed a mass of roots at about 80' and showed me the thoroughly cleaned line with his camera. I'm confident the company that came last October couldn't remove the roots and blamed part of our drainage problems on a small section of cast iron pipe that looked broken on their camera. That company was eager to start digging and replace it, but thankfully, we waited. After it drained, Ronnie and I carefully examined the section in question with his well-lit camera. There were no signs of damage, leading me to believe it was scaling or a reflection that looked like damage where there wasn't any. Anyway, that was a relief, and it saved lots of money on unnecessary repairs. For anyone with similar problems, I look forward to working with Our Drain & Sewer Company when those roots unfortunately grow back. I had a great experience with them.

Great company! If you have sewer line issues call them. Mark and Miguel were excellent. Friendly, thorough and very experienced. They saved me thousands with their advice. They have all the latest technology needed to diagnose a problem. The picture you see here is Miguel placing a camera in the sewer line to see the extent of the problem. I will recommend them to others in the future!

Ronny did a great job. He was very thorough and showed me how clean our sewer line was before and after the job, as well as explaining what caused the issue. We will definitely be going with Our Drain and Sewer Company from here on out.
