I would highly recommend you try “Our Drain and Sewer Company” — Best Service I’ve ever seen!
Recently, my Bathtub Faucets began leaking. Today, the cold water faucet broke all-together and would not shut off. I was in danger of having my home flooded!
I’d recently heard of “Our Drain and Sewer” – and called… Even though it was Saturday afternoon, the owner himself showed up within the hour.
He was very professional, and seemed to really care!
I’d had problems with the faucets to this tub, and had called another company – but obviously they did not really fix the problem, although I paid several hundred dollars.
“Our Plumbing and Sewer” not only diagnosed the cold faucet, but also noticed a problem with the hot water faucet. For the cost of fixing the cold water faucet, they repaired both cold AND hot faucets at no extra charge!
It is important to note my home is older, and the parts needed to fix the problem no longer exist. I watched as Mark, the Owner, machined the replacement parts to fit with his tools. Then he cleaned everything up — more so than they had been.
“Our Drain and Sewer Company” reminds me of the old-fashioned service and care from years ago. From now on, I will not give my business to anyone but them. Do yourself a favor – call them for the best service and genuine care you’ll find.

Absolutely amazing service. We've used this company a few times over the past 4 years.
Very transparent, kind, punctual, and informational. Our house is older and the plumbing shows it. That being said, couldn't imagine using any other company. Someday we may need to change out the sewer line (ours is over 50 years old) and I'm sad that this company doesn't offer replacement--I'd rather give a good company like theirs the $20,000.

I've used our Drain and Sewer for most of the homes that I've sold in the past few years. They are the best to work with! Their prices are fair and the customer service along with the technicians Ronnie and Layne are unmatched. These guys go above and beyond and always do an incredible job for me. I gave them a tough one this past week and they were able to troubleshoot the issue and get my inspection passed. Highly recommend!

We hired our drain and sewer company to come out and clear a line, scope it, and provide an inspection report. We were on a very tight deadline. They came out that day exactly when they said they would. They kept me updated the whole time. They did a great job and charged a reasonable rate. We are very satisfied. We had hired a plumber the previous day that was unsuccessful in accomplishing these tasks so we were happy that they could take care of us so quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Our Drain was recommended by someone and since I am in real estate, I thought I would try them. I can always use another sewer line cleaning contractor. They came March 28th 2025. They ended up only cleaning part of the line. 6 months later I had a sewer line back up that was coming from the part of the line that wasn't cleaned. In addition, there is a crack in the line that went unnoticed. I have had several other opinions from contractors that have assured me this should not have happened if you had your line cleaned 6 months ago. I have lived in my house 20 yrs, always cleaning the line once per year with no issues. I DO NOT recommend this company. They have denied any accountability as well. Sewer Scope LLC is a way better company for cleaning and video.

Great coordination from Cam on the phone. Lane and Ronnie did a very thorough job of cleaning the 158' of drain between the access point and the sewer main. They kept everything clean and dry and used the camera well to show me what was happening. And they were a pleasure to talk with.
Furthermore, they saved us thousands of $ on the sale of our house. The buyer's "inspector" claimed we had cracks in the sewer line. OD&S wrote a report pointing out that the "cracks" were seams between pipe sections that had been shined up by the cleaning process.

We recently had a very disappointing experience with Our Drain and Sewer company hired by a prospective buyer to perform a sewer scope inspection on our home. Unfortunately the inspection was not only incomplete but the resulting report contained language that was presumptive and unprofessional.
The inspector claimed that the sewer system appeared to have “NEVER”had maintenance. An absolute statement that was not only unverified but contradicted by a second professional opinion we obtained ourselves.The second expert was able to properly locate and access the sewer clean out in a different crawl space something the first inspector failed to do entirely.
It’s troubling that a report based on incomplete access and assumptions- rather than documented findings contributed to the collapse of a sale. The report lacked thoroughness and was written in a way that could easily alarm clients.
We strongly advise anyone working with this company to get a second opinion and ensure all findings are based on complete access and proper procedure.

Ronnie was very friendly and worked hard to get our sewer cleaned within the 2 hour appointment time so we were not charged additional. Our sewer got a glowing review when we had it re-inspected, and the pricing was very competitive. Will definitely be calling this company again when we are due for our next sewer service.

Incredibly overpriced company that isn't any better than any other drain cleaner
Response from the owner:This guy is the rudest realtor we've ever met. He calls for an estimate, schedules a job, and then refuses service at his appointment time. He has actually used us for over 10 years and swore we were the best company he's ever seen.
So after his rude behaviour today we sent him an invoice for a service call. After our guy was on his way there. He called up and swore he wasn't going to pay!
We only schedule as much work as we feel we can do during each day. His cancelation cost us 1 of 4 job slots for today. We are currently booked a week in advance so it wouldn't have been a problem to fill his appointment until the moment it was due. Now we are short 25% of the days income!
After 10 years of service Kellen knew our prices, they are plainly shown on our web site; butt today, Kellen wanted to set his own price for our services, 1/2 of our usual charge
Beware service providers! If Kellen Rielly calls you for work just tell him NO!!!

Response from the owner:It's quite a time we live in when someone you have never met, has never been a customer, or even engaged with your business, is free to write a 1 star review for a company she has never used, never called, and probably never heard of...
Until the day this women cut one of our emplyees off while driving on Colorado Blvd and then wouldn't let him merge. She raced up beside him and flipped him off for no reason. Then after she got our phone number off of the van she called our office and told us how she had started it all.
Of course our employee responded in kind... flying a bird
However he soon called and apologized not only to us, his employers, but to this lady since we had her phone number.
So, Lindsey, is this how you want to be remembered? The lady that started an argument and then publicly blamed others who had nothing to do with it?
If you read our "Real" reviews you will find we are an excellent company with excellent references who does nothing except help others.
I'm contemplating callng my attorney to see about defamation:

I am so pleased with Miss Cam and Ronnie who came out to clear sewer line leading from washer to sink. Water had backed up and washer drain overflowed and water backed up into sink. He was very skilled and explained carbide cleaning, showed me the camera footage after the line was cleaned. He could have stopped there but said he didn’t have a clear view of the main line so best to clean that. My home does not have a sewer cleanout so he had to remove the toilet. That seemed like it would be really hard but he had no problem with it at all! Awesome job! Thank you so much!

Ronnie at Our Drain and Sewer company came out to clean my main drain and drain pipe from my laundry to the main. Before he started the main drain clean he videoed that main pipe and found that it was in great shape. So he explained that he wouldn't need to clean the main drain. Which saved me about $300. It's nice to know there's still honest businesses out there. I will never use any one else from now on.

Kim fit us into the schedule, and even found a hole to move us up earlier when we explained the number of times we’d had other plumbers out.. Our Drain and Sewer diagnosed and solved the issue quickly, on the first visit! Ronnie was prompt, friendly, and helpfully explained what he was doing and why.
