Treated with Respect!

I just wanted to say that I will never use any other Drain and Sewer Company. They are totally impressive! I love the availability of your service and the prices are a lot more reasonable than anybody else I have ever used. I had drain problems with my new clothes washer so I called Our Drain and Sewer Company. Mark came over and in a little while all the problems were solved! He was very friendly, clean, and responded to me as a consumer in the way that doesn’t happen any more, with respect. Not only will I not use any other company, I will highly recommend this company to everyone I know.

Main Sewer Backup!

We had our main sewer line, located in our finished basement, back up on a Sunday. We called “Our Drain and Sewer Company” — an hour later Mark was there…

He got right to work and laid White Tarps upstairs, downstairs and throughout the areas his machine was on. If you have never had your sewer back up, that is so nice.

When Mark finished, he cleaned the areas where he had been working — We could not even tell we had our sewer back up!

We highly recommend “Our Drain and Sewer Company”. We will only give them our business. They are very pleasant and professional to work with.

A Fantastic Job!

Mark does a fantastic job fixing any of your drain problems. He is always courteous, polite, and friendly. He will take the time to explain what your Drain or Sewer problem is and what he needs to do to fix it. He never tries to talk you into a service you don’t need. Their rates are very reasonable. He even cleans up after he’s done, so that the area he works in looks even cleaner then before he got there! I totally trust Mark for all my Drain and Sewer needs. His quality of work is top notch!

Recently, The faucets to my Bathtub began leaking. Today, the cold water faucet broke all-together and would not shut off.

I was in danger of having my home flooded. As a last resort, I found the Main water shutoff for my home. I’d recently heard of “Our Drain and Sewer” – and called. Even though it was Saturday afternoon, the owner himself showed up within the hour. He was very professional, and seemed to really care!

I’d had problems with the faucets to this tub, and had called another company – but obviously they did not really fix the problem, although I paid several hundred dollars.

“Our Drain and Sewer” not only diagnosed the cold faucet, but also noticed a problem with the hot water faucet. For the cost of fixing the cold water faucet, they repaired both cold AND hot faucets at no extra charge!

It is important to note my home is older, and the parts needed to fix the problem no longer exist. I watched as Mark, the Owner, machined the replacement parts to fit with his tools. Then he cleaned everything up — more so than they had been.

“Our Drain and Sewer Company” reminds me of the old-fashioned service and care from years ago. From now on, I will not give my business to anyone but them. Do yourself a favor – call them for the best service and genuine care you’ll find.
